We have the Zero Water Filter system for 5 years now! We love it! My family is drinking more water now than ever before! Read ALL of your instructions so you know how to properly clean and maintain your Zero Water Filter. Clean with warm soapy water as directed and replace filters when suggested and you will enjoy clean, crisp water that is better than any water you've ever tasted! I have also given the countertop Zero Water filter as a gift to my son and he also loves it! Get it! You won't be disappointed!!

The water tastes great and you can tell the difference between normal water and zero water. However, the unti leaks from the spout. Plus, it was a pain to have to fill. I exchanged it for the 10 cup pitcher and love the pitcher. Easier to fill, although I have to fill it many times throughout the day. I will take the constant filling over a puddle in my refrigerator.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. JUST STARTED USING AND IT SAYS TO CHANGE THE
FILTER ALREADY. FILTERS ALSO TOO EXPENSIVE.

Sorry I purchased. Difficult to fill and dispense without taking completely out
of refrigerator. Poorly made. Broke on third day of use. Top will not stay on.
Taste is not that good. Found local bottled water far superior.Even thought another brand of pitcher was better. However, after contacting seller, they sent me a new one at no charge. Maybe this one will be better. Also had problems filling tank, takes to long to filter.

I personally don't like the "distilled" water taste all the time so I mix the Zero Water with my regular filtered water to give it a little taste

Comments about Zero Water 23-Cup Dispenser with TDS Meter, ZD-018, 1 ea:

The filtration system is wonderful. It makes the water taste as if it came out of a plastic bottle you buy in a store. However; it does not allow the entire tank to be filled.

It works for the first couple of times after you open the box/replace the filter...but after that, the 23 gallon tank only accepts 1/3 or less of what it holds.

Even if the water sits in the reservoir overnight, it fails to go through to the tank. Thinking that it was simply a fluke and that perhaps the new way that the filters were made would help; I decided to change my filter (even if the reading was only 0.02) to remedy the problem.

It worked for two complete fill ups and then it began to do the same thing as before. The water you get is excellent...I just do not understand why I the tank will not fill. Our tap water in Alabama is not that contaminated (I tested it, just to be certain it was not the water which I was putting into the tank).

The water here is horrible & more often than not smells like bleach. I love that it takes the swimming pool flavor out of the water and all of the other particulates as the water system i this area is over 60 yrs old

I recently bought 2-23 cup dispensers. I bought 1 for my home and 1 for my summer home. When I filled them up, guess what? Both of them leaked all of the water into my fridge ruining food and creating quite a mess. The dispenser plungers are dysfunctional with parts coming apart for no apparent reason. I just switched to Zero water, however after using Brita for over 15 years without any flooding..............I'm going back.

This product is super simple to use - 5 minutes and we were ready to drink our first glass. It's so nice to just press the button rather than pick up a whole pitcher where water used to spill and the lid fell off. The included measuring device is also really nice so we know exactly when to change the filter. Would definitely recommend!

So easy to use the water purifyer. Water tastes great. The price is right. In our area, we should get about 40 gallons from each filter.
