This product seems to be working. I am smoking about half what I used too after 1 week of use. I just don't think about smoking as often as I used to. I'm not sure if the product is working as stated by the manufacturer of if the product being on my ear is just a subconcious reminder that I should not be smoking. Guess it doesn't matter as long as I eventually quit. I would recommend the product.

The directions are "messed up" On the card where you keep the magnets, the directions say: "put on left ear" In the "book of directions" it says: "put magnets on right ear if you're right handed" Anyway I switched each day. Didn't work on either ear as far as I could see in the week that I tried it.

This has to be one of the most painful products on the market. I don't see how anyone would think that this could help you stop smoking, I guess you don't think about smoking because your ear is hurting too bad!!!!
