I discovered this exfoliant on a random search through drugstore.com and gave it a try after reading positive reviews. It's a truly unique and fantastic product, well worth the price tag. I use it every other night after washing my face with a gentle cleanser - I leave it on while brushing my teeth, then rinse off, or if I have time I'll leave it on for ten minutes - follow with moisturizer. I have dry, somewhat sensitive skin and haven't had any problems - this isn't a chemical peel, it's not going to rip off the top layer of cells, but there is nevertheless a tangible effect.

I didn't fully appreciate the necessity of this product until I stopped using it for two months - my skin grew dull and felt like it had a dry film. I went back to using the exfoliant and my skin immediately bounced back - bright, even, and most of all - smooth/soft. It's more than I would typically spend on an exfoliant but you only need a small amount, and one bottle lasts for the better part of a year.

Only con is the packaging: It's a pump bottle, and like all pump bottles the last 5-10% gets trapped in the bottom. I'm on my second bottle (after 1.5 years of use) and now just pour the excess in the old bottle into the new one once there is space - that way, I suppose it doesn't go to waste.

This product has strong fruit acids and would not recommend for sensitive skin. Onnly leave on a few minutes which is nice.

This is a great product. i have never used a product like these before when i read all the reviews on this product i decided to give it a try. The very first time i used it i already notice it really soothes and smoothes my skin. I have a oily skin and i would say this products works me. great use at night and morning. I would definitely use this product for a long time and look for more products like this. thank you very much!!

This product does not seem as potent as other payaya exfoilating agents. While it does seem to slough dry, dead skin cells, it is not as effective as other alpha-hydroxy products which I have used such as ones made by Juice beauty or Philosophy. This product seems well suited for sensitive skin, but I feel results with the other mentioned products have been superior.

Gently exfoliates my super sensitive skin. I have tried almost EVERYTHING. This is not a scrub, but a gentle exfoliator. I actually have seen a reduction in melasma patches , fine lines and am starting to get that "dewy" look. I am in my late 30s and my skin was starting to look really dull. I use it in the morning after washing my face and afterward apply the vitamin c serum- which is also wonderful. The Zia products really work!

This is an excellent product. Gentle enough to use daily. Prevents build up of dull dead skin.

This is the best exfoliant I have ever used!! I use it at night and when I wake up in the morning my skin looks perfect!! You cannot go wrong with anything Zia makes!!!

I like this product because it is gentle and non-irritating, unlike some harsh scrubs. I prefer enzymatic exfoliation to mechanical scrubs anyway. I use it about 3 times a week, and before I apply masks to allow for better penetration. It's also great for removing any makeup your cleanser doesn't dissolve. The jar lasts forever.
