Pretty effective cleansing, considering how gentle and rich it is.(Hence my seeming contradiction on cleansing) If it cleaned a bit better it'd get 5 stars.

I hope that drugstore.com continues to sell not only this toner but the entire Zia skincare line. I am 36 with acne prone skin and this is by far the BEST line of skincare products for the price for my skin. The toner is hydrating and does not cause my skin to break out; I spray my face with the toner prior to moisturizing. The spray is very light and a few mists a day allows the small bottle to go a long way. The ingredients are all natural and the scent is very refreshing.

In search of a new toner, I read the reviews of this one and decided to give it a try. I am hooked. I absolutely love it, and am buying an extra to keep at my boyfriend's house.

Very good toner that actually tones instead of robbing your skin of moisture! It was not intended to remove makeup and oil left after cleansing, so make sure you use a good cleanser before using this toner. Use this toning mist, then immediately follow with the ultimate oil free moisturizer, and your skin will feel great! I have very oily skin, and do not feel that this makes me oilier - it sinks right into my skin with the moisturizer. It reduces redness/blotchiness from acne, though it doesn't reduce outbreaks. Over all, highly recommended for oily skin types that may be sensitive to other harsher oil control products!

If the quality of Zia's Toning Mist is any indication, I'll be buying other items from their line, as well!
As an anti-oxidant, Zia mixes lycopene with vitamins and alpha lipoic acid. Their blend comes in a spray mist that has a light citrus scent. Zia claims that it will refresh and control oil while firming skin and refining pores. I've been using it for a year now. I can tell you that using the mist makes me feel incredibly refreshed -- the directions call for you to apply to face and throat, and then follow with moisturizer while your face is still damp, helping to smooth the flow of moisturizer to skin. I can seriously say that I've had no oil control problems with my face (under foundation or without) using Zia's mist than before. Does it firm skin? Prevent wrinkles? Hard to say; I can't really claim that, but I can tell you that, at nearly 50, I've actually had compliments on the appearance and texture of my skin from friends; and this is the first time that ever happened!
