If you use this product before you go to bed you will get a great nights sleep and able to breath through your nose all night. No other product I've tried will do that. Great item, just wish is came in a larger size.

This is an expensive product, but it's worth the price. One dose usually works all day. Some mornings I awake stuffed up and this really unstops me for the rest of the day. I highly recommend it.

I have a medical condition that is still undiagnosed. The latest theory is that I have a fungal infection in my sinuses (and systemically). I used other products and then tried Zicam. WOW!!! What a difference. It is nice for it to not run back out of my nasal passages. I like all of the Zicam Nasal Sprays. They work fast and allow me to breathe freely. I can definitely say that I am grateful. Thank you, Zicam.

I use it whenever, other nasal sprays are ineffective.

It never fails to work "extremely" well!!!

It takes a few minutes to begin taking effect - but, it does work, if you're patient, and don't blow your nose too soon (about 10-15 minutes).

And... its "extremely" effective at helping to ward off the cold virus, when used on conjunction with other prescribed preventative medications (e.g. ZyCam Cold Relief Nasal Gel), and homeopathic remedies (see my review of ZyCam Cold Relief Nasal Gel for the details)!

I've suffered sinus congestion and headaches all my life during allergy season. Never found any relief until I started using this. It gives immediate relief! If I have a particularly bad sinus headache, I give it a couple of squirts, lie face down in bed with my head over the side and let it soak in. It is amazing. I've highly recommend it to all my friends and I don't go anywhere without it.
In fact I think I've created a run on it in the local stores it's become hard to find!!

The best and fastest decongestant ever! And works for a full 12 hours as advertised. My sinuses are chronically closed as a result of fibromyalgia. I've used it daily for two years in spite of the warnings, have had no side-effects and am not addicted to it. If your sinus membranes become addicted, a week's worth of Dr. Neil's sinus rinse will do the trick. Zicam keeps my sinuses clear so that I can breathe at night and works a full 12 hours. I don't need it during the day and, when I have no sinus swelling, I can go for days at a time without it. When you have a cold, it's like not having a cold at all and you can keep going if you need to. All in all, this is the most important non-prescription medicine I keep in my medicine cabinet. You'll love the results!

This is a great product. I heard the advertisement on Rush Limbaugh and decided to give it a try. So glad I did!

I combined it with the nasal swabs and while everyone around me seems to be suffering for weeks, the worst was over in about 3 days. No side effects, easy to use. Keep it handy!

This stuff DOES work amazingly well. BUT... like it says, you can't use it long term. After three uses it will actually work against you, as decongestants tend to make your sinuses MORE swollen with long term use. making it habit forming (you need to KEEP using it). Plus it's no good for asthmatics, as it can trigger an asthma attack (as it has in me). Great product that works well for the short term and quick fixes, but don't expect to be able to use it ALL the time.
