Indications

Reduces duration of the common cold. Reduces severity of cold symptoms such as sore throat, stuffy nose, sneezing, coughing & congestion.

This works well when you first catch a cold coming on. When I notice I'm sneezing or have sniffles, I usually just take one or two and the cold is DONE. :) There was one cold over Christmas where it didn't work one bit. But now my kids have a horrible cold with a cough, and I barely notice mine. I really wish they had a version for 3-yr-olds. To sum, sometimes it doesn't work, but when it does, oh am I glad I took it!

I ran out of the nasal zicam for colds and found the spray to be cumbersome and not so tasty, so these are the next best thing to the recalled nasal gel. My kids and I went years without colds or with just minor symptoms with vigilant use of Zicam nasal gel before it was recalled, so I am so happy to find the quick dissolve tablets to pump up my immune system when I'm getting sick.

Took as directed at the onset of cold symptoms, and here I sit four days later with a raging cold and now the inability to smell or taste, which some people have said could be related to this product. What a waste of money. Would not try again.

For best results, use at the first sign of a cold & continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Adults & children 12 years of age & older take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms. Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids. Children under 12 years of age should ask a doctor before use. Store at room temperature 15°C - 29°C (59°F - 84°F).
