I often drink it in the morning as I have some stomach acid problems and this gives me something that sits very easily and gives me a boost first thing. It is very refreshing and really different from any other product I have ever tasted.

I also drink it during the day as I am a professional "dog-hiker" and I usually hike 10--14 miles every day. One Zico with a handful of nuts between hikes and I am hydrated, energized, and ready to go again!
Great stuff!

It is not what I would call "filling" - which I consider a pro and not a con. So I don't think of it as a snack.
