I use it on my hands because they get dry and the skin at the ends of my fingers cracks in winter. I sometimes use it on my face, too. It's noticeably better than the leading brands, even though some of them are very good. Just rub it on and it's absorbed quickly, and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. My skin feels softer and doesn't crack or split when I use it. The pleasant aroma of cloves goes away in about ten minutes. Zadk'c Cream is especially good for winter dryness. I found Zim's crack creme liquid herbal formula several years ago and couldn't believe how wonderful it was - it closed up the most stubborn of cracks after just a few applications. Then I bought this creamy daytime formula by mistake. What a disappointment; it wasn't any more effective than my cheap hand cream. If you want the good stuff - go for the liquid herbal formula. I now have three bottles - one in my car, one in my purse, and one in the house - so I'm never without it. My hands get very, very dry in the winter and Crack Creme has been very satisfactory. Pros

For about 20 years after that I had to apply cortisone cream to my hands. Then I tried numerous different hand creams, many of them quite good. But when I finally found Zim's, this turned out to be the absolute best. I've even tried others since, but none is as good for keeping very dry hands from cracking. Pros
