It hurt just to wash my hands and I was embarrassed for anyone to even see how horrible my hands looked. About a week ago, I tried Zim's Crack Creme (spray)and I am already THRILLED with the results. My hands are almost entirely cleared up!! It is amazing. Truly. Zim's has an interesting fragrance, but it's not "stinky" by any means. With the results it delivers, who cares what it smells like??? I started using it on a weekend so I could keep applying it as my skin soaked it up. Then during the week, once or twice a day.
