I take asthma medicine with steroids. When I increase my medication with a flare-up, by electrolytes go haywire. This product is FABULOUS for restoring balance abd relieving cramping.

I've had both Pink Lemonade and the Orange. I like the pink lemonade as it has a little better taste in my opinion. The drink is a great pick me up and works effectively and quick. I like to drink this before soccer and softball games for that little extra pick me up and helps me drink water also so not to cramp up.

When using this, you have to add it to a bottle of water quickly and recap the bottle before it fizzes over. It tastes great, and works!

I used to order Zipfizz direct from the company, and when the product rights were purchased from another company I thought I'd seen the last of it. And I find it again here!

This stuff is GREAT. I carry water with me everywhere, and the 16 oz bottles are perfect to mix with a tube of ZipFizz. Just make sure to drink 1/4-1/3 of the bottle first before dumping the tube in, as it does fizz up. Let it sit for 20-30 seconds, shake, and drink. It doesn't take long to kick in and lasts a long time - and tastes good, too.

I'm writing this review before buying it here; as mentioned above I just found it again. So while I'm not a 'verified buyer' yet, I will be in about 2 minutes.

Good plain or in smoothies!

Working to quit drinking soda and this has helped me a lot as when I just want something, this does the trick and I feel better!

I use this when driving long distances. Last week I drove 17 hours and felt great until the last 45 minutes.
I also drink this at the office in the afternoons when I start to go downhill. It's a quick, healthy pick-me-up that's much healthier than a soda.
Pink Lemonade is my favorite flavor of them all.
