Really repels lice, havent had any since we started using it. The smell isnt pleasant but it does what its suppose to I definately recommend this product if you have school age children.

One day my daughter came home with head lice from a sleep over, I was mortified. Tried natural remedies, the pesticides that are in the pharmacy and then tried Zippity Doos. Have been using it for two years and since then, never had a problem. For the mom who said it smells terrible, I would say that it smells good and it is way better than the poison like smell from the other stuff. It is effective and safe and nothing is better than that!
