Not only tasty, but the crunch leaves you mentally satisified. I usually eat one daily at work in place of lunch. The other Zone flavors that I have tried are not as crunchy and for some reason that makes a big difference. 15 grams is a good amount of protein, other products either taste awful or they have much less protein but just as many calories. But THESE are hands down the best bar Zone has ever made. Period. For great flavor, texture, chewing satisfaction and filling that nagging empty spot in your tummy, these cannot be beat. Am back to stock up while they are on sale. If you like Zone bars, this is a must-try. Seriously delicious!! I mean, it's not a Hershey's With Almonds, but it is good, and has as low a calorie/protein ratio as you are likely to find in anything that's edible.
