Come on people, high fructose corn syrup the no.1 cause of obesity because it's so insidious, and the only way we can eat what's good for us, it by refusing to buy something we like, which is ultimately BAD for us! I didn't have my reading glasses when I originally bought them.I really loved the taste and would buy them again WHEN they remove the high fructose C.S, and palm oil. Another benefit that I have had is that my fatty acid levels are through the roof since beginning my regimen of faithfully eating one of these bars for breakfast each day. The doctor asked me if I was taking fish oil or doing something special. These bars actually contain fish oil (though you'd never know it). YUMMY!!!....and good for your heart!
