These are part of my daily eating plan for the past several years that helps me maintain my weight. They are high in calories so 1/2 as an AM snack with coffee while others have a pastry and again for a PM snack. Satisfies my sweet tooth and taste sinnfully good. I have on occassion when I'm on the run used a whole bar for lunch. VS Most Liked Negative Review Great taste! These work great for those mid-afternoon blood sugar drops. Lots of protein and not too many carbs gives a longer lasting boost to metabolism.. In a pinch I have used as a meal replacement. Very filling. every one of the varities taste sinfully good. Pros
