My daughter has terrible allergies this year down in Texas and has tried everything under the sun, this seems to work best for her. Then she can go on with her daily school work.

I usually have never had any problems with allergies in the past. It seems as I got into my mid 40s was when they showed up. I needed something that would give me relief quickly. This was not it. About an hr after I took it I got so drowsy I wanted to take a nap. I had a hard time thinking clearly and keeping my train of thought going. Now I don't know if this was suppose to happen but I will not be taking this product again during the day, and I save the rest of what I have for when I go to bed.

Seems to alleviates my particular symptoms all year long ..does not cause drowsiness for me ....can be pricey...good sales and coupons ..my favorite for seasonal ..indoor and outdoor allergies ..

I use this everyday during pollen season and it enables me to feel normal. I have never noticed any side effects, and I tend to be very sensitive to medications.

I am generally healthy and active but my seasonal allergies have been horrible for the past two years. I gave Zyrtec a try for a year... because it worked the best on its own and I was overseas but... I was SO SLEEPY... I wasn't sure that it was the Zyrtec until I finally stopped taking it and tried a combination of other things. It was easier on Zyrtec..one pill a day...but the drowsiness was too much for me! I recommend if nothing else is working for you but be aware that you may become quite drowsy. I was able to drive, but I had a general sleepiness all day regardless if I took in the morning or evening.

This is the first allegry medicine of its kind that I have tried. I am happy with its effectiveness, but it does make me drowsy. I take it in the evening before bed and sleep WONDERFULLY. The flip side of that is I do have a tough time waking up and getting moving in the morning.

ZyrtecThe Good Things I like about it clears your allergies during Morning it does pretty good for my allergies but the Worst things are at night to me i don't think this Zyrtec isn't even at 24 hours at all to me i think its less 24 hours because it too me it doesn't work very good indoors at all on your allergies for me. Like Here like everyday i get up in morning i take the pill about 8-9 am when i first up since my allergies act up really bad and the worst thing i hate when it takes awhile to Kick in the Zyrtec medicine its takes awhile plus after you do that for awhile like you have running nouse then you sneeze few times maybe 4-6 times in a row maybe more then its in your body then you can smell about after awhile until afternoon close to the Sunset to dark then after that your allergies act ups things i hate believe that Zyrtec has No Relieves at all to Allergies During Night time because like if i go to bed after i do all my chores i do get in showers sometimes help just least 2-3% to get rid of the pollen but you get all stuff up even if your in the shower after your done or not its like after few minutes during that night maybe less then 5 minutes your stuff nose up,runny noses and you have go in the bathroom and get toilet paper and then after doing that for awhile you sneeze again once already had taken the pill in the morning its like nothing at Night Time to me i think Zyrtec only works for me least 11 hrs-12 hrs not 24 hr for me since i am allergic to Pollen (like air,weeds,grass) i probably give you a 2.9

Great price! Thank you drugstore.com, for offering this at a lower price than any retail store!! We use it throughout allergy season and go through it pretty quickly. Glad to find it a little cheaper here.
