I like that it relieves my allergies and congestion, but I cannot take it on days when I have too much stuff to do because it makes me really sleepy despite the claims that it is non drowsy.

This is by far the best allergy medicine I have tried and I have tried many. Most things do not work for my severe congestion unforuntately, but Zyrtec D is by far the best. It works best if I take it every morning and let it build up. It may not provide instant relief, but works over time. That may just be how it works for me.

I deal with allergies in the spring and fall. After trying me on several other products my Allergist tried me on this. What a difference.
It is expensive to buy now that it is 'over the counter'. I use to be able to use mail order and get 90 days for what is now only 24 tablets at a time. Wish it were still a 'script' drug.

I use Zyrtec-D almost every morning for allergies. It lasts at LEAST 12 hours. My sinuses and ears open up within half and hour. If I feel a cold coming on, then I also take one at bedtime until the cold is gone. No trips to the Clinic for ear aches or infection any more! Zyrtec-D also works great for car sickness & other motion sickness and doesn't make you drowsy. I use to get ear infection at least 4 times a year. Now I haven't had ear infection for about 5 years since I started taking Zyrtec-D. This may also help people that suffer with Mineers Disease. (The ONLY downfall is that it may increase your blood pressure a bit especially if you use it continually - in that case, try the regular Zyrtec without the D but it lasts 24 hours so you can't take one kind in the am and the other kind in the pm).

I have mild seasonal allergies that I couldn't get through without Zyrtec. The tablets are very small and easy to take, and it works effectively for me.

I take one Zyrtec-D each morning, and it helps to prevent allergic reactions to dust, grass, pollen, dog hair, etc. A wonderful product!

zyrtec d is even better than allegra d - you'll feel like a new person within the first week. even if you are not sure you are allergic to anything in your environment, you should try it. my husband and i both feel sooo much better and we take only one per day!
