For the relief of occasional sleeplessness. Reduces time to fall asleep if you have difficulty falling asleep
Warnings
Do not use:
For children under 12 years of age
With any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
With other drugs that cause drowsiness such as antihistamines and nighttime cold/flu products
Do not use with NyQuil
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
A breathing problem such as asthma, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis
Glaucoma
Difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland
Heart disease
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers or any other sleep aid
When using this product:
Avoid alcoholic beverages and other drugs that cause drowsiness
Drowsiness will occur
Be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery
Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: Taking more than directed can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away

I used to take Nyquill periodically when I couldn't sleep, because it works wonders when I have a cold. But it would knock me out too much if I used it just as a sleep aid. I decided to try zzzquil 2-wks ago and i'm impressed. I sleep soundly, but i'm alert enough to wake up and head to the kitchen for some water. Then I fall right back to sleep and wake up my normal time next morning with no side effects. My boyfriend works nights and has difficulty sleeping some days. He tried it and had the same response. Before this he took Tylenol PM but he likes this one better because of the previous comments above.
It's not supposed to be habit forming, but it works so well i'm tempted to take it again. I think you have to be responsible as with any other medication. Personally, I wouldn't want my body to get so used to it that it no longer works so I'll only take it when I really need it. If you're looking for a temporary sleep aid, try this one. It works well.

I LOVE ZZZQuil! It works quickly and effectively for me every time. The best part is that it doesn't rob me of my ability to fall asleep naturally. I have tried numerous other sleep aids, and every time I'm unable to fall asleep on my own for a couple nights after only 1-3 uses- even while citing "non-addictive" on the box. I'm currently on my 5th bottle of ZZZQuil, and my use varies from rare to casual. I use ZZZQuil when I'm having trouble falling asleep or when I need to fall asleep a few hours earlier than I normally would. I have not experienced any negative side effects or failures from ZZZQuil. In the case of sleep aids, experiences tend to vary, so it may not work for everyone. But as someone who has had only poor experiences with many other sleep aids, I'm very happy with ZZZQuil, and maybe you will be too.

I started using this product 2 days ago. It was nice to be able to sleep again on my own time.
Sometimes my inner sleep clock gets messed up during the holidays, breaks, or occasional long weekend. I tried all products, including Unison and Sleep-Eze, and they rarely work and contain a boat load of unnecessary and maybe unhealthy ingredients.
I would have to take Nyquil before my exam days in order to function the next day, but it never felt right, seeing as I didn't have a cold or flu.
Sometimes, (I know I'm not the only one that's done this, lets be real) I would all of a sudden get a stuffy nose or sore throat or lower back pain so I would have an excuse to use Nyquil for my sleeplessness when that's not what it's really used for.
To round it off, ZzzQuil starts working within an hour for me. I get tired about 30 mins later and drift off about an hour later. This is REALLY impressive, and so far, I haven't experienced any side effects yet. The only problem for me is the price and since the liquid-caps come in 2 at a time, it seems pretty steep.

Being menopausal usually meant waking up 2-3 times a night with 'hot flashes'. The zzz has reduced the wake ups to 1 per night and allows quick return to sleep after the flash is ended.

I WANTED TO TRY THIS BECAUSE OF THE BRAND. IT WORKS FOR ME MOST OF THE TIME, BUT NOT ALWAYS. I'M NOT GETTING A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AND THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A TRUSTED ONE TO USE BUT IT DOES WORK MOST OF THE TIME BUT SOME NIGHT IT ONLY WORKS A FEW HOURS. BETTER THAN SOME!
